PhD in Agricultural Engineering, Master’s in Viticulture and Enology, and Expert in Olive Growing. He has worked as a consultant for over 10 years, primarily in the design, establishment, and management of commercial vineyards. Currently, he is a professor of woody crops at ETSIAAB of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His research has focused mainly on irrigation and training systems for grapevines and olive trees, as well as other aspects of these crops such as soil management, fertilization, and precision agriculture techniques.
