PhD in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in soil mapping, soil classification, and land evaluation. In 2009, he began working on soil mapping projects at different scales in the Department of Soil Science at the ETSIA (UPM). In 2012, he founded the startup Diagnoterra SL to continue carrying out soil mapping and soil characterization projects for public institutions and private companies. In 2022, he joined the Department of Soil and Water Conservation at CEBAS-CSIC to participate in the European project “SCALE,” which is part of the “EJP Soil” program. In 2023, he joined the UPM as Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Production.
