Professional in Industrial Administration specialising in Viticulture and Oenology. He has experience in the areas of wine technology, operations management, and wine tourism. He has worked at Grupo VYVA (Casa de Piedra and Aborigen), Casa Pedro Domecq, and Viñas de Liceaga, developing management and control systems for operations and inventories, data analysis, customer service in the ecotourism area, and wine production in the winery. He has studied at the IPN and UABC and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Oenology and Viticulture at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid
