PhD Agricultural Engineer and Professor at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). She teaches courses on Agricultural Marketing in various programmes at UPM.

She has participated in numerous research and teaching projects at both national and international levels, collaborating with countries across the European Union, the United States, and developing countries. Her research interests include the food product value chain, consumer preference studies, the environment, and organic products.
