I have a degree in environmental engineering for natural resources. In Mozambique, I worked as a research intern at the Agricultual Research Institute of Mozambique in the area of water and soils. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Agro-Environmental Technologies for Sustainable Agriculture in the UPM with a scholarship/grant from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (MAEC-AECID). My work focuses on understanding the dependence on nitrogen fertilization in production systems that integrate nutrient recycling at different scales. I am working with Professor Miguel Quemada.
