She studied Food Engineering at the Ibero-American University in Mexico City. Isabel then worked at Natural Wisdom in the new product development department, where she participated in the formulation and development of food supplements. This experience allowed her to acquire practical knowledge in innovation, production processes, and sustainability in the food industry. She is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Circular Economy at the Higher Technical School of Forestry, Forestry, and Natural Environment Engineering, where she has delved into sustainability strategies, resource management, and circular models applied to different productive sectors.
