VII UPM Water – Canal Isabel II Research Seminar

Fecha: 16/01/2024

On March 21, the VII UPM Water – Canal de Isabel II Research Seminar will be held at the School of Agricultural, Food and Biosystems Engineering under the title “Innovation in the Water Sector”. At the event we will be able to learn first-hand about the advances in R+D+i made by the public company that manages the integral water cycle in the Community of Madrid, as well as a specialized talk on groundwater management.

UPM Water is a Research Community of the Polytechnic University of Madrid formed by a multidisciplinary team of researchers in water resources. CEIGRAM is strongly linked to this team, since researchers from 6 of its 11 Research Groups are part of this network, addressing issues related to water resources in agriculture.

This research community aims to provide affordable, technical and sustainable solutions to water-related problems that address the current social context.

The event is completely free of charge and is open to researchers, teachers, professionals, students and anyone who may have an interest in the topic of innovation in the water sector.

We encourage you to register as a listener (deadline March 1) or as a speaker, for which you will have to send an abstract before February 15, 2024.
